2. These are the two applications filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.119/2019 & Crime No.539/2019 registered at Police Station Dadhi, Revenue and Civil Bametara (CG) and Police Station Bametara, Revenue and Civil Bemetara (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 307/34, 394, 461, 120B, 397, 409 of the IPC and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act

3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail applications with liberty to revive after examination of the material witnesses.

4. Permission granted.

5. Accordingly, the bail applications are dismissed, as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
