ORDER
(Passed on 01.01.2014) By this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'the Code') the applicant has prayed for quashment of order dated 04.7.2013 passed by Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Janjgir, District Janjgir-Champa in Criminal Revision No.
42/13 affirming the order dated 28.5.2013 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Janjgir in Criminal Case No. 1540/2012, whereby application filed under Section 437(6) of the Code by the petitioner has been dismissed. 2.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that only 2 or 3 Witness are remained for examination.

Considering the order impugned and the stage of trial, I do not find any scope for interference.
Consequently, the bail application is rejected.
However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of four months from the next date of hearing if a copy of this order is filed on behalf of the applicant before the trial Court within twenty days from today.
