3. The Director, Lok Shikshan Sanchanalay Indrawati Bhawan, New Raipur, District Raipur.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition claiming the following relief:-

1. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/writs or order/orders to the respondents to withdraw the petitioner salary since 26.03.2013 to 31.01.2014.

2. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to impose appropriate fine against respondent authorities on the

ground raise financial crisis for petitioner.

3. Any other relief may also be granted to the petitioner, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

However, the Pension Committee vide its order dated 25.06.2015 has held that the petitioner is not entitled for any relief in view of the order passed by District Education Officer, Rajnandgaon. The petitioner has not questioned the order of Pension Committee. 3.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 25.06.2015 of the Pension Committee as well as order passed by District Education Officer, Rajnandgaon withholding the salary for the period 26.03.2013 to 31.01.2014 in accordance with law before the appropriate forum. 4.
