Considering the ground taken in the MCC and the submission of learned counsel for the applicants, I am satisfied that the applicants have shown sufficient cause for their nonappearance before this Court when the matter is called for hearing.

Therefore, the MCC is allowed and F.A. No.43 of 2012 is restored to its original number.
