1. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to apprise the court below in respect of the contradictory stand taken by the prosecution in the present case as compare to the first case levelled against the petitioner himself in S.T. No.341 of 2013 for the offence under Section 307 IPC and under Section 25 of the Arms Act.

2. Prayer is allowed.

3. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.
