1. The petitioner in the instant case was an employee in the postal department under the Union of India. The said department is one which stands notified under the Administrative Tribunal Act and accordingly, all recruitment/service related matters of an employee of the postal department have to be agitated before the concerned Central Administrative Tribunal.

2. Accordingly, the present writ petition in its present form would not be sustainable. Reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the concerned Central Administrative Tribunal, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of.- Sd/- P. Sam Koshy Judge J-
