Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

impugned order dated 27/11/2015 (Annexure-P/1) is contrary to order dated 26/11/2015 (Annexure-P/7), by which, the amended posting order of the petitioners has been cancelled, therefore, they may be permitted to make representation before the respondent No.2.

Be that as it may, petitioners are directed to file representation before the respondent No.2 within a period of 10 days, who in turn shall consider and decide the same within a period of 45 days from the date of filing of the representation. Till then, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners. 3.

With the aforesaid direction, writ petition stands finally disposed off.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
