(2) This is third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.326/2014 registered at Police Station Kotra Road Raigarh, District Raigarh, for the offence punishable under Sections 376 & 506B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 & 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

(3) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 04.05.2015 passed in M.Cr.C.

No.1462/2015 and second bail application was also dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 01.02.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No.782/2016.

(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the totality facts and circumstances of the case, I do not consider it a fit case to entertain the third bail application. Consequently, the third bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
