This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 12-12-2017 passed by this Court in WPS No.7022 of 2017. 3.

This Court finds that there are various correspondences being made between the office of the Treasury, Accounts and Pension and the Department of Water Resources with regard to decision on objection and authentication of records. In these circumstances, it is not a case of contempt of the order passed by this Court.
