(3) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to give one opportunity to the respondent No.2 to ensure compliance of this Court's order dated 30.11.2015 passed by this Court.
(4) Learned counsel for the petitioner may also make additional representation along with the copy of this order within ten days from
today before the respondent No.2 and, in turn, the respondent No.2 shall ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 30.11.2015 in its letter and spirit.
(5) With the aforesaid direction, the contempt case stands finally disposed of.
