1. This petition has been brought with a limited prayer to issue direction to the learned Family Court, Raigarh to expedite the proceeding on the application under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 filed by the respondent.

2. Considering that the application under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has been filed on 05.11.2019 and looking to the length of duration, the case is pending and also considering that now the normal functioning of the Courts have resumed, therefore, this petition is

-2disposed off at the motion stage.

3. Learned Family Court is directed to take up the proceeding and decide it expeditiously within a period of 06 months form the date of this order.
