1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehend his arrest in connection with Crime No.6/2007, registered at Police Station Sheorinarayan, District Janjgir-Champa, Chhattisgarh for offences punishable under Sections 314, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. This anticipatory bail application has been filed directly before this Court without availing the remedy before the Sessions Court.

3. In view of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in MCRCA No.234/2020, the present bail application filed directly before the High Court is not maintainable as I have

not found any exceptional, rare or unusual reason to entertain this application.

4. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to move before the Sessions Court.
