When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the interim order in respect of which the present Contempt of Court proceedings has been preferred, has lost the significance insofar as the writ appeal itself has been finalised as per the common judgment dated 17.08.2018 passed in Writ Appeal No. 160 of 2018 and connected cases. 2.

In the aforesaid circumstance, the learned counsel for the Petitioner fairly submits that the matter could be closed.
