Agrawal 15.10.2019 Mr. Vinod Pandey appearing for the respondent produced before this Court order dated 24.05.2019 passed by the respondent. Vide the said order the claim for grant of seniority from the initial date of appointment has been rejected by the respondent.

Given the fact that respondent has now taken a decision for rejecting the claim of the petitioner so far as grant of seniority from the date of initial appointment is concerned, this Court is of the opinion that the order passed by this Court on 11.10.2018 in WPS 6795/2018 stands complied with. In case, if the petitioner is aggrieved of his subsequent order that is the order dated 24.09.2019, the liberty stands reserved for the petitioner to assail the same by way of fresh proceedings.
