The Petitioner has moved this Court with the following prayers : "10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire records pertaining to the case of petitioner for kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court.

10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the cite plan of widening the road from Amapara to Telghani Naka for which the respondents are trying to demolish and to take possession thereon.

10.3 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to not to take any coersive action against the petitioner till final disposal of the case.

10.4 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to give proper compensation as

per land acquisition and rehilitation act and resettlement 2013 to the petitioners before demolishing their constructions.

10.5 Any other relief, which may be deemed, fit by this Hon'ble Court just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be provided in favour of the petitioner."

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous. 3.
