1. Perusal of the documents filed along with the Writ Petition would indicate that petitioner's application under Section 57

(2) of the C.G. Land Revenue Code, 1959 is pending consideration before Collector, Durg.

2. Considering pendency of the matter before the Revenue Authorities, I deem it expedient to dispose of the petition with direction to the concerned Collector to decide the petitioner's application under Section 57 (2) of the C.G. Land Revenue Code, 1959 at the earliest preferably within a period of 06 months.
