Office), Near Railway Station, Raipur, Chhattisgarh --- Respondent For Applicant :
Shri Sandeep Dubey, Advocate For Respondent :
Shri J.K. Gupta, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Arvind Singh Chandel Order on Board 12.12.2018 1.
With the consent of Learned Counsel appearing for the parties, the matter is heard finally.
2.
The instant revision has been preferred against the order dated 4.6.2018, whereby the Family Court, Raipur has granted interim maintenance of Rs.3,000/- per month in favour of the Applicant. 3.
It is not in dispute that the Applicant is legally wedded wife of the Respondent and she is presently residing separately from him. It is also not in dispute that the Respondent/husband is working as a Clerk with the Railways. As per his salary-slip, in the month of October, 2018, he got net salary of Rs.25,985/- after all deductions.
4.
Looking to the earning of the Respondent/husband, grant of interim maintenance of Rs.3,000/- is on much lower side and it deserves to be enhanced suitably. Therefore, the interim maintenance of the Applicant/wife is enhanced from Rs.3,000/- to Rs.6,000/- per month payable with effect from the date of the impugned order dated 4.6.2018.
5.
Resultantly, the revision is allowed to the extent indicated above. Sd/- (Arvind Singh Chandel) Judge Gopal
