1. Learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw bail application. However, he submits that applicant No.1 is suffering from some medical ailment, hence, a direction be issued to learned Court below concerned to decide application for grant of bail on same day upon filing an application for grant of bail after their surrender.

2. Learned State Counsel submits he is having no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicants.

3. Accordingly, bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. In the event, applicants file application for grant of bail after their surrender, learned Court below may decide bail application, if possible, on same day, in accordance with law.
