ORDER
01.07.2019 Heard.
1.
This petition has been brought under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of appropriate writ. 2.
It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that in W.P.(C) No. 2029 of 2016 - Ajay Karsayal and Others vs. State of Chhattisgarh and Others, the Hon'ble Chief Justice of this Court has passed an order directing the respondents to constitute a Special Investigation Team to investigate the matter connected with G.N. Group of Companies. Subsequent to that, Special Investigation Team has been constituted for investigation of all the criminal complaints against G.N. Group of Companies. However, after passing of this order two separate FIRs has been registered against this petitioner on 8.7.2017. Two FIRs have been registered in police stations Saja, Bemetara and Kargi Road, Kota which is in contravention to the orders passed by this Court which are being investigated separately by officers of lower rank whereas, Single Bench of Hon'ble Chief Justice has ordered for investigation of such cases by Senior Police Officers, therefore, it is prayed that the directions be issued in this respect. 3.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits in reply that an appropriate direction may be issued by this Court for investigation of the cases registered against the applicant by Special Investigation Team as in compliance of the order dated 20.1.2017, in W.P.(C) No. 2029 of 2016, Special Investigation Team has been constituted for investigation of criminal
cases against G.N. Group of Companies.
4.
The petitioner in this case is one of the Directors of G.N. Diary Limited and G.N. Gold Limited which are companies under the G.N. Group of Companies.
5.
As it appears that the FIRs lodged against this applicant are being investigated by the respective police stations and at the same time, there is an order of this Court for investigation of such cases by a Special Investigation Team, therefore, it is found that the cases against this petitioner are directly connected with the cases which are being investigated by the Special Investigation Team constituted by the State in this respect. Hence, this petition is disposed off with a direction at the motion stage. 6.
The respondents are directed to handover the criminal cases registered against the petitioner in police station Saja, Bemetara to the Special Investigation Team for further investigation. 7.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
