1. This is third bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. preferred by the applicant before this Court. No other bail application is pending before any other Court.

2. Earlier, the first bail application of the applicant was dismissed for want of prosecution by this Court by order dated 05.04.2019 passed in MCRC No.1928 of 2019, his second bail application was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court by order dated 02.05.2019 passed in MCRC No.2666 of 2019.

3. Counsel for the applicants submits that he wants to withdraw this bail petition. He further submits that time may be framed for the completion of the trial.

4. Accordingly, instant bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the same as soon as possible preferably within 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on priority basis.
