The petitioner has preferred this writ petition to direct respondent authorities to comply with the order dated 13.12.2006 passed by the Industrial Court for grant of annual increment w.e.f. June 1988 instead of

November, 1988 and grant further benefits and arrears. 2.

The petitioner is working as O.A. Grade II, O/o Senior Accounts Officer-1 at Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Limited, Raipur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to file fresh representation before respondents No.2, 5 & 6 for redressal of her grievances and direction may be issued to the said authorities to decide the same within stipulated time. 4.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of with this direction that the petitioner is free to file fresh representation before respondents No.2, 5 & 6 for redressal of her grievances. If such representation is filed by the petitioner before respondents No.2, 5 & 6, in that event respondents No.2, 5 & 6 shall consider and decide such representation expeditiously preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of filing of such representation, according to law and procedure.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
