Agrawal Order On Board 18/06/2019 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners no offence under Section 448, 452 & 455/34 of the Indian Penal Code are made out against the petitioners as the petitioner No. 1 is the wife of complainant - Pradyut Pal whereas petitioner No. 2 is the neighbour of complainant, as such, no charge are made out against them. (2) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. (3) Be that as it may, since the matter is fixed for recording evidence of the parties, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the criminal case expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this case as the complaint

case is pending since 26.12.2012.
