---- Respondent For Applicant : Mr. B.D. Guru, Advocate For Respondent/State : Mr. Adil Minhaj, Govt. Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Rajendra Chandra Singh Samant Order On Board 06/11/2020 1.

Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 8/2019, registered at Police Station - Dharsiva, District - Raipur (C.G.) for offence punishable under Section 186, 332, 353, 365 & 394 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant has preferred this second bail application for grant of anticipatory bail. The present bail application has been brought on medical grounds submitting that the applicant has been found suffering from some disease and he has been advised for further investigation, treatment and operation as and when needed.

3.

The applicant is already at liberty and he can pursue medical treatment whatever institutions he wants for that. There is no need to reconsider on the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail, therefore, I do not find any new circumstances or extra ordinary reason to entertain the present application for grant of anticipatory bail. Hence, this second bail application for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
