2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners' application for grant of leave (parole) is pending consideration since 24/07/2020, therefore, necessary direction may be issued to the District Magistrate.

3. Be that as it may, the District Magistrate, Bilaspur is directed to consider and dispose of petitioners' application for grant of leave (parole) within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).

5. A copy of this order be sent to the District Magistrate, Bilaspur for needful and compliance by e-mail/fax.
