The counsel appearing for the respondent on advance notice submits that the school board has already in its minutes meeting dated 23/02/2018 have rejected the application of the petitioner.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that, this fact has been brought to his notice only today and he has till date not been communicated of the said development.

Be that as it may, let the said decision of the board be communicated to the petitioners within a period of 48 hours from today. Accordingly, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the petition at this juncture with liberty if they so want to challenge the said order.

Both the Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed off with the aforesaid liberty.
