Agrawal Order On Board 03/07/2018 (1) In compliance of the order dated 27.06.2018 passed by this Court, Regional Transport Authority, District Bastar has filed his own affidavit. Paragraph 10 of the affidavit states as under:

" 10. That it is humbly submitted before this Hon'ble Court Respondent No.2/Deponent has highest regard to the statutory duties as well as to the orders issued by this Hon'ble Court from time to time and Respondent No. 2/Deponent has never deliberately avoided the discharge of his statutory duties and / or acted in contravention to his statutory duties. In the present case, the Respondent No. 2/Deponent humbly submits that Respondent No. 2/Deponent will pass an order deciding the pending cases of the petitioner within a period of 2 weeks from today"

(2) Accepting the submission made in the affidavit, the instant writ petition stands

disposed of directing the Regional Transport Authority, Bastar Division to take decision on the petitioner's application strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order .
