1. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the Order dated 17.08.2020 passed in WPC No. 1684 of 2020.
2. According to the counsel for the applicant, the modification sought for is to the extent that inadvertently the status of the respondent no. 3 has been reflected as Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue)-cum-Land Acquisition Officer-Bilaspur whereas it ought to had been SubDivisional Officer (Revenue)-cum-Land Acquisition Officer-Bilha. The counsel for the applicant also seeks liberty at this juncture to amend the cause-title of the original writ petition also to the same effect.
-23. The said request made by the learned counsel for the applicant is not opposed by the State counsel.
4. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. The applicant's counsel is directed to carryout first the amendment in the original writ petition ie., WPC No. 1684 of 2020 to the extent of amending the place of the respondent no. 3 instead of Bilaspur as "Bilha". As a consequence, the Order dated 17.08.2020, in the aforesaid writ petition also stands modified to the extent that the status of the respondent no. 3 shall be read as "Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue)-cum-Land Acquisition Officer-Bilha" instead of "SubDivisional Officer (Revenue)-cum-Land Acquisition Officer-Bilaspur"
5. With the aforesaid modification, the present MCC stands allowed and disposed off. Let a copy of this Order passed in the present MCC be made a part of record of WPC No. 1684 of 2020. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Rahul
