Hon'ble Shri Justice Gautam Chourdiya Order on Board 22.09.2021

1) First bail applications of the applicant were dismissed as

withdrawn vide order dated 25.03.2021 in MCRC Nos. 7131 & 7861 of 2020.

2) The applicant has preferred these applications under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, as he was arrested in connection with Crime Nos.438/2019 & 24/2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of IPC registered at Police Station- Ganj & Khamtarai, District- Raipur (C.G.).

3) After arguing for sometime, learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks to withdraw these applications with liberty to repeat their prayer for bail by filing a fresh application, if the trial is not concluded within a period of 12 months from today.

4) Counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer.

5) Permission granted.

6) Accordingly, the applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
