Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per the assurance given by the respondents to the petitioners, the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition. However, still if any cause of action arises for unsatisfactory remedy in future, then they may be given liberty to file afresh. Prayer is allowed and they are permitted to withdraw this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
