Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners case for grant of stage carriage permit has been heard by the Regional Transport Authority, Jagdalpur way back on 31.01.2017 but still

order has not been passed.

Be that as it may, the Regional Transport Authority, Jagdalpur is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioners' said application strictly in accordance with the rules and law made applicable thereunder, expeditiously, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petitions stand finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
