1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P-1 dated 09.05.2019 whereby the appeal preferred by the petitioner

-2against the appointment of Anganbadi Worker of Anganbadi Centre, Chilfi has been rejected.

2. At the outset, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition on there being an alternative statutory remedy of appeal available to the petitioner.

Reserving the right of the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the impugned order, present writ petition in its present form stands rejected holding it to be not maintainable.
