The present writ petition has been filed being aggrieved by the order dated 19.07.2021 whereby the services of the petitioner has been attached to the office of Janpad Panchayat, Akaltara. The petitioner was earlier discharging her duties as Secretary, Gram Panchayat, Kotgarh under district Janjgir Champa.

On a query being put to the counsel for the petitioner, he fairly concedes that distance between the two places is not far of and is a close by place. 3.

Given the said fact, particularly the fact that there is hardly any distance between the two places of posting, this court is of the firm view that no substantial inconvenience as such would arise in the course of complying with the impugned order. Moreover, the service conditions of the petitioner is not in any manner getting adversely affected. If at all if the petitioner has

-2any personal inconvenience so far as discharging her duties at the transferred place is concerned, she would be free to raise her grievances before the higher authorities in the department by a suitable representation in this regard which, if any made, the same be considered and decided on its own merits in accordance with law.
