1. The present MCC has been filed seeking extension of time granted by this Court for compliance of order dated 15.01.2019 passed in WPS No. 3713 of 2016.
2. Counsel for the applicants submits that because of parliamentary election which were held recently, the authorities of the applicant corporation could not take a final decision, so far as the claim of the petitioner in the writ petition is concerned. He further submits that the claim of the non-applicant is now under active consideration before
the applicants and the order shall be passed within a further period of 60 days and therefore they have filed present application seeking extension of time.
3. Counsel appearing for the Non-Applicant does not oppose the same.
4. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed and the applicants are granted further 60 days time starting from today for compliance of the order dated 15.01.2019 passed by this Court in WPS No. 3713 of 2016.
