After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition at this juncture with liberty to approach the concerned authority under the Chhattisgarh Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes (Regulation of Social Status Certification) Act, 2013 for challenging the caste status of respondent no.6 and thereafter, in case the caste certificate is cancelled, to approach the concerned authority under the Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam for an appropriate decision.

Prayer is allowed.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
