Vide the said impugned order the petitioner has been removed from the post of Block Cocoordinator, Mitanin Programme. Prima facie this court is of the opinion that the order impugned is an appealable order and the appeal would lie to the Director, State Health Resources Centre.

In view of the fact that the order impugned is an appealable order, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of an not maintainable reserving the right of the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the said order, the outcome of which would be assailable in case if the petitioner is still aggrieved.
