2. The present petition is to search the whereabouts of the son and daughter-inlaw of the petitioner and register the FIR.
3. Learned State counsel was directed to enquire about the whereabouts of the son and daughter-in-law of the petitioner. The State counsel came out with the enquiry and submits the Baramdgi Panchnama which shows that the son and the daughter-in-law of the petitioner were found to be living in the in-laws house of the son of the petitioner and the call details etc. were also been found. The
statement of Radhey Shyam Sahu, the son of the petitioner and Pramila the daughter-in-law has been placed on record and different call details have also been procured.

The report of the police shows that the son of the petitioner was working with one Bhragunandan Sharma and there was some monetary dispute exist, therefore, they stayed in the in-laws house of the son of the petitioner. In turn this petition was preferred by the father of the petitioner showing that his son is missing. It appears that the petition is completely frivolous and has been filed to create pressure on the administration and it is also unfortunate that the entire administrative machinery was set into motion to enquire about the whereabouts of the son and daughter-in-law of the petitioner and ultimately it was found to be completely frivolous and false. Under the circumstances, the petition is dismissed with a cost of Rs.1000/- payable to the HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH MIDDLE INCOME GROUP LEGAL AID SOCIETY. Sd/- Goutam Bhaduri Judge Ashu
