Shri Manish Nigam, Advocate Order On Board 19/08/2015 Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. The Conservator of Forest proposed the matter before the Additional Chief Conservator of Forest who is competent authority, whereupon, the Additional Chief Conservator of Forest has informed the Conservator of Forest, the decision in the matter vide his communication dated 1.6.2015. In view of the above, I am not inclined to issue notice to the respondents. However, if the petitioner is not satisfied with the said decision, it will be open for him to take recourse to remedy under the law.
