Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the father of the petitioner late Shri Gajadhar Prasad Shyamale who was working as Assistant Grade-2 under the respondent No. 3 died in harness on 22.10.2019 during his service, thereafter the petitioner had made an application for appointment on the compassionate ground. The said application, that was forwarded on the ground that the petitioner is eligible to be appointed being a dependent, is under consideration of

the respondent No. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the Principal of the School has already recommended for the appointment of the petitioner by order dated 04.07.2020 (Annexure P/4).

Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner and since the application of the petitioner appears to be pending which is supported by a recommendation (Annexure P/4) of the Principal of Government High School Nagarda Block Sakti, the Respondent No. 3 is directed to decide the application of the petitioner for compassionate appointment within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

With the aforesaid observation/ direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
