Referring to averments made in the reply and the additional reply which is now being filed, learned counsel for the respondents submits that it was due to inadvertence that mistake of fact crept in while filing the first reply and now it has been duly disclosed in the second reply that the respondent is still continuing in the office of SDO Revenue at Janjgir. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondents brings to the notice of this Court, communication dated 04.09.2015 (Annexure R/2) by which the petitioners' claim has been accepted and the petitioners have been asked to appear in the office of Collector to collect the amount of compensation.

Taking into consideration these subsequent developments, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter. Rule is therefore discharged and the petition is disposed off. Sd/- Manindra Mohan Shrivastava J U D G E Rekha
