This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner being aggrieved by the order dated 29.06.2017 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Bemetara suspending the fair price shop of the petitioner. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that show cause notice was issued to the petitioner on 29.06.2017 and on the same day the impugned order of termination of fair price shop has been passed without affording any opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 3.
Learned State counsel would submit that the order of Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Bemetara suspending the fair price shop of the petitioner is appealable under Section 18(1) of the Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the
impugned order with utmost circumspection.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to prefer an appeal before the Appellate Authority and to raise all such grounds before the Appellate Authority in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
