1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for appropriate direction to the respondent No.6 for appropriate correction in the revenue records so far as the petitioners land is concerned.

2. State counsel does not oppose the said request.

3. As prayed for by the counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner approach respondent No.5 by moving an appropriate application which the respondent No.5 shall duly process and mark it to the respondent No.6 for an early decision. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent No.6 to take appropriate decision on the application moved by the petitioner for correction in the revenue records at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
