At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent, referring to order dated 23-02-2018 (Annexure R-1/8) filed along with the return, submits that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the petitioner's application under reference has been decided.

The aforesaid submission is not disputed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that he may be granted opportunity to challenge the said order. 4.

Taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel for the respondent that the application of the petitioner has now been decided on merits, the contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to assail the correctness and validity of the order dated 23-02-2018 (Annexure R-1/8) in a separately constituted proceedings.
