Short grievance of the petitioner as ventilated through this petition is that his application for mutation has not been decided by Tehsildar. 2.

Considering that petitioner's application has remained pending before Tehsildar for last more than 8 months, it would be proper to dispose off the matter with a direction to Tehsildar to decide petitioner's application one way or the other in accordance with law within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.
