By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of direction to respondents to consider their representation in the matter of grievances seeking conferral of facilities, reservation, status etc. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner could not point out from the provision of any law or existing policy that the rights of the members of petitioner association has been violated. What the petitioner seek through the representation is that the State Government should take policy decision in respect of their grievances. 3.
In the absence of there being any existing right in respect of the claim raised by the petitioner association, no direction can be issued to the respondents. However, the
petitioner is left to pursue its representation with the Government and it will be open for the Government to take appropriate decision on petitioner's representation. 4.
