Order On Board 12/07/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit the show cause notice was issued to the petitioner for eviction but no compensation is being paid to him. (2) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file reply to the said notice raising all the legally permissible plea before the Additional Tahsildar, Pussour relying on the Circular of the Rehabilitation Policy dated 23.02.2007, that will be considered and decided strictly in accordance with law expeditiously.
