This petition has been filed seeking transfer of the Case No. 42-A/2016, which pending before the Family Court, Sakti (Link Court), Dist. Janjgir-Champa to the Family Court, Raipur. However, during pendency of this petition, the concerned Court has submitted its information vide memo dated 27.02.2019 that the Case No.42-A/2016 pending before Family Court, Sakti (Link Court) has already been decided by the Court vide its judgment and decree dated 06.08.2018.
