In terms of the direction dated 30.10.2018, Mr. Bhaduri, learned Counsel representing Chhattisgarh Industrial Development Corporation Limited (CSIDC) informs the Court that the earlier order of termination cannot be revived since it will have implications not only for this case but may be on
other issues and disputes. However, a very fair stand is taken on their part that the land is still available. If fresh applications are made on the terms and conditions which are invoked, then the Respondent authorities are willing to consider the fresh offer and make a new beginning if the Petitioners would like so and are serious in setting up industries of the kind within the zone, for which the initial allotment letters were issued, but had to be terminated due to non-compliance and deposit of money. 2.
The Court would not like to comment any further on this dispute as it would like to draw curtains thereon, giving full liberty to the Petitioners to approach the Respondent authorities. The Respondent authorities would act in a fair manner in relation to such request for fresh allotment. 3.
