1. Heard.

2. The applicants have preferred the second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as they are arrested in connection with Crime No. 10/2020, registered at Police Station - Kapu, District- Raigarh (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The first bail application was dismissed with liberty to repeat the prayer after examination of the witnesses to the Test Identification Parade (T.I.P.). Horilal Dinkar, the informant, is a witness to T.I. parade. His statement has been filed as Annexure A-3.

4. Considering the material filed alongwith the bail application, I am not inclined to take any different view of the matter.
