1. The applicants have preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as they are in jail since 10-5-2019 in connection with Crime No. 19 of 2019 registered in Police Station- Thana - Surgaon, Dist. Balod (CG) for offence punishable under Sections 302/34 and 201/34 of IPC.

2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file a fresh application as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, the instant bail petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
