1. Earlier the applicant had filed MCRC No.9325 of 2018 & MCRC No.5975 of 2018 which were dismissed on merits vide orders dated 09.01.2019 & 07.09.2018 respectively.

2. The applicant has preferred this third bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.42/2018 registered at Police Station Gole Bazar, Raipur, C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 420 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

4. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
